An elegant map of Spain and Portugal derived from Vincenzo Paletino's 1551 map, updated by the botanist Charles de l'Escluse (1529-1609).

In fair condition with a small repair at the centerfold. A few squeezing folds, margin with littlle tears (on lower margin reinforced with transpartent paper), 1 tear on upper margin little into the border of map, reinforced tear in lower part of centerfold.
