Emmanuel Bowen's map of Surrey from the middle of the 18th century, including much of what is now Southwark as well as a small representation of London.
This copy has been cut into four and laid onto a folding piece of linen. It has had its boundaries hand-coloured. The linen and the paper are a little marked and darkened in places and at the centre the corner of the bottom right quadrant could do with a little dap of glue to put it back down on the linen.
