Title: 'Angliæ Regni Florentissimi Nova Descriptio, Auctore Humfredo Lhuyd Denbygiense.'.
A famous map of the England and Wales.
Probably the earliest map of England and Wales still readily available.. from the map prepared by the Welshman Humphrey Lhuyd, first published in 1573.
In very good condition. There are some old repairs to the verso and some minor browning that hascome through to the image (with no loss). Vibrant colour that would frame very well.
