A view of the facades of building lining High Holborn. Those proprioters who donated to the expense of making the plan had the the names of their establishments engraved. Tallis's London Street Views was advertised as '...exhibiting upward of one hundred buildings in each number, ...the whole forming a complete Stranger's Guide Through London ...'. The original cover to the engraving is also included but has not been conserved.
Washed and deacidified and pressed.
