Very good condition. A couple of minor holes affect the neat-line, also at margin, little foxing at the bottom. Printed on one side only (blank reverse) on strong paper with noticeable plate-mark. Excellent impression.
A fine example of this rather rare map on strong paper with its characteristic contemporary hand-coloring. One for the collector.
